- 4cl Kimerud Pink Gin
- 2cl Cointreau
- 2cl Lemon juice
- 1,5cl raspberry syrup*
Pour all ingredients into the glass, add ice cubes and shake well for 10 seconds. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass through a fine strainer.
*How to make good raspberry syrup
- 300 grams of water
- 200 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of raspberries
Run all the ingredients in a blender, let it simmer for 10 minutes on low temperature. Let the syrup soak for a few hours off the heat, and strain into a bottle.
