4cl Kimerud Pink Gin 5-6 Fresh raspberries 4cl Lemon juice 3 tablespoons of sugar 1 handful of icecubes Blend everything together in a blender. Garnish with raspberries and a slice of lime or mint leaves.

Icecubes 2cl Sugar syrup 3cl Lemon juice 5cl Kimerud Botanisk Gin Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain into long drink glass. Garnish with basil and fill up the drink glass with Soda Water.

6cl Kimerud Navy Strength Gin 1cl Dry Vermouth 2 Pearl Onions Combine gin and vermouth in a cocktail mixing glass. Add Ince and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with pearl onions.

4cl Kimerud Pink Gin 2cl Lemon juice 1cl Suger syrup 1cl Chambord (raspberry liqueur) Stir all ingredients gently over cracked ice. Strain over a large piece of cracked ice and garnish with a dehydrated orange.

5cl Håvaldsen Aquavit 2cl Lemon juice 2 cl Cloudberry pure 2cl Carrot juice – slow juiced. (opt. can also be made in a centrifuge) 1cl egg whites 1cl Suger syrup 2:1 Dry shake all ingredients before shaking with ice. Fine strain into chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with dehydrated carrot peel or chips.

Håvaldsen Boulevardier

3cl Håvaldsen Aquavit 3cl Sweet Vermouth (pref. Antica Formula, Mancino) 2 cl Campari 2 dashes of Peychauds bitter Combine Håvaldsen, Vermouth, Campari and 2 dashes of bitter in a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled, strain into a chilled cocktails glass and garnish with lemon peel.
