This triple cask aquavit liqueur is stored in old Sherry, Madeira and new French oak casks previously containing awarded Håvadsen Aquavit, and rests in the barrels for a total of a minimum 9 months.
After maturation in orange peel and sugar this becomes a round and very nice complex aquavit liqueur.
Most of the herbs in this liqueur are handpicked and harvested locally on Kimerud farm in Lier Norway.
