Botanisk gin explores a careful selection of mediterranean and Scandinavian herbs, most of which are picked in Kimerud Farm’s herbal garden.

Some of the specially selected herbs that make up the main flavors of this gin are.

Absinthium, Timian, Oregano, Basilikum and 5 mint species. 

Award winning master distiller Ståle H Johnsen has chosen 28 botanicals in total, which together give Botanisk gin a complete and complex herbal flavour.
